Whether I'm designing for marketers, project managers, or industrial operators, I start by understanding how people think, work, and make decisions because great products solve real problems, not just design them!

Understanding people has always been my foundation
My journey into UX started with a fascination for understanding people. With a background in psychology, I learned how behavior, decision-making, and human experiences shape the way we interact with the world around us.
That curiosity eventually led me to UX design, where I could combine research, empathy, and creativity to solve meaningful problems. Today, I use those same principles to design digital experiences that are intuitive, efficient, and built around the people who use them.
At Dellfer, I collaborated closely with software engineers and stakeholders to design internal tools and dashboards that helped users interact with complex cybersecurity solutions more efficiently.
At TransPerfect, I partnered with product managers, software developers, solution engineers, and directors to design high-impact products used within a global technology organization.
